Policy Information

Agreement to Policies -

By signing up for art lessons with Dani Westphal Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to adhere to the cancellation, late arrival, rescheduling, and exception policies outlined below. You also agree to be responsible for any associated fees detailed in these policies.

Cancelation Policy -

​

1. Notice Period:

   • If you need to cancel a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours notice. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer the slot to another student.

2. Late Cancellation Fee:

   • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will incur a cancellation fee of the lesson cost.

3. No-Show Policy:

   • The full lesson fee will be charged if you do not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice.

4. Rescheduling:

   • You may reschedule a lesson without penalty if you provide more than 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling within 24 hours may be subject to availability and the late cancellation fee.

Late Arrival Policy -

​

1. Grace Period:

   • A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Please notify me if you anticipate being late.

2. Shortened Lesson:

   • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the lesson will proceed, but it will end at the originally scheduled time. The full lesson fee will still apply.

3. Cancellation Due to Lateness:

   • If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, the lesson may be canceled, and the full lesson fee will be charged.

Rescheduling Appointments -

1. Advance Notice:

   • If you need to reschedule a lesson, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to find a suitable alternative time without any penalty.

2. Emergency Rescheduling:

   • In cases of sudden illness or unexpected emergencies, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

3. Limited Rescheduling:

   • Frequent rescheduling may disrupt the learning process. Therefore, I encourage you to maintain a regular schedule to ensure consistent progress.

Exceptions -

• I understand that emergencies happen. In cases of illness or unexpected events, please contact me as soon as possible, and we can discuss alternative arrangements.
